The Higher Institute of Aviation Technology – Al-Rajban is a specialized technical educational institution that aims to prepare and qualify national personnel in the fields of aviation and aircraft maintenance, road, runway, and bridge engineering, and occupational safety and health.
The institute is committed to applying technical and educational quality standards and works to graduate highly qualified technicians capable of contributing to the development of vital sectors in the country.
The institute includes a number of specialized academic departments, including the Aircraft Maintenance Department, the Roads, Runway, and Bridge Engineering Department, and the Occupational Safety and Health Department. These departments collectively aim to supply the labor market with highly qualified technicians capable of assuming responsibility and actively contributing to the reconstruction and development of infrastructure and the aviation sector.
The institute is also committed to its national role in developing Libyan human resources, promoting a culture of quality and safety, and encouraging scientific thinking and innovation, thereby contributing to the preparation of a technically aware generation capable of facing the challenges of the present and building a better future.
